The new way to get on demand labor
Faveo is a tech-enabled platform that closes the gap between companies needing short-term, on-demand labor and people looking for competitive hourly wages.
Faveo was originally a gig economy platform that allowed people to get on-demand labor for home tasks or moving. After a few years in the market, they shifted their target from B2C to B2B.
This pivot was a profound change for the platform and the whole company; we needed to build a new strategy to understand the needs of the B2B market: a market that we did not know.
From strategy to final product, we kicked off an entire project to help Faveo to fit this market's needs.
We developed the business model and the value proposition of Faveo with the canvas methodology. This discovery allowed us and the client to understand all the actors involved in their commercial activity and responsibilities.
The Faveo team wanted to change its branding to target and match businesses. We ran a creative brief with questions that helped us understand the brand's essentials.
We designed the new logo concept to convey the brand's central values: honesty, commitment, and growth. Faveo is veteran-backed, and being able to transmit its core values was a high priority for them. After some creative rounds, we decided that blue and green were the appropriate colors for the brand, and circular rounded shapes together would communicate the growth value; One of their goals is with the pivot.
We designed the document to gather the guidelines that make up the brand and define its correct and incorrect uses to preserve the brand.
